My wise colleague, Henry, told me with great sadness that he had encountered this phrase in a report just now: “We want to create a multi-channel, content driven touchpoint in the equity space.” I have absolutely no idea whatsoever what that means. Does anybody? What is a touchpoint? Equity space? What space? Whose space?
